We're shaking things up this year and have replaced the usual national conference with several half-day regional DINZ Road Trip events throughout June.
Representatives from DINZ, the DINZ Board and venison/velvet marketing companies will be in attendance to provide industry updates and answer your questions, along with DINZ chef Graham Brown who will be cooking up a storm (and venison!).
